The Speckhart family has been farming for seven generations. Providing healthy, wholesome food through modern agriculture is their family's passion, and what drove Brent Speckhart and his two sons, Daulton & Dustin to begin raising shrimp in land-locked Illinois.

 

Our family raises larvae to fully grown shrimp in a controlled environment producing a locally raised, better tasting, hormone and antibiotic-free product that you can feel confident bringing to your family’s dinner table.
